A District building permit was issued last week to Terreno Realty Corporation for the renovation of an existing one-story warehouse and the construction of an adjacent 1,257-square foot office building at 3370 V Street NE.
Last January, Terreno, of San Francisco, paid $115.5 million for six warehouse buildings at 3015 to 3535 V Street NE, one of them being the 3370 V Street NE property. Commercial Property Executive at the time
called the purchase "a wise move."
No information was immediately available about the future use of the warehouse; it is currently zoned C-M-1, which allows for commercial or light manufacturing uses.
