The Brookland development boom continues with the addition of six townhomes close to the Metro, at 1022-1032 Perry St NE.
Greenline Real Estate, which is marketing the properties,
says that hardhat tours are already available and that "the homes will deliver soon."
Each townhome is either a three or four-bedroom unit, plus a den, with three finished levels in each unit. The units also offer garage parking, rear decks and yards, as well as "smart home" features like smartphone-controllable thermostats and keyless entry, according to the project's
website.
