District residents are most likely to choose style over comfort when buying clothes, a new survey says. In polls conducted in 2011 and 2012, 16.6 percent of Washingtonians said that they do not prioritize comfort.
That's the highest in the nation, higher than style meccas like Miami, Fla., and New York, N.Y.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Seattleites and residents of Denver were high on the list of "comfort over style" purchases.
