An eagle-eyed blogger at The Georgetown Metropolitan has
spotted an application for zoning adjustment for
Crumbs & Whiskers, the cat cafe coming to D.C.
Looks like the cafe has selected 3211 O St. NW, which GM says used to be a palm reader's office, as its headquarters.
Crumbs & Whiskers will have a
"den" full of adoptable cats (provided by the Washington Humane Society) and a separate area to munch on treats and drink tea. Food is complimentary; access is provided by online reservation system and customers pay by the half-hour.
The cafe is projecting an opening date of summer 2015.
