Neighborhood Development Company will be constructing nine condos at 4326 Georgia Ave NW. The proposed project sailed through a hearing at the Board of Zoning Adjustment Tuesday where NDG was requesting a variance from the usual parking requirements. The board did ask NDC to ensure that condo owners get a complimentary bikeshare membership.
The property is located about a half mile from the Petworth metro. City records show that NDC purchased the property last year for $835,000.
