More information on the parking-light nine-unit condo building going up at 4326 Georgia Ave NW: the building now, at least on the outside, features a gray and orange color scheme.
The building, which has the name The Hendricks in an architect's rendering, but is not officially called that, features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units "with wide-planked flooring, bright white cabinets, and subway tile," according to a
release.
Neighborhood Development Company is working on that project at the same time as a 20-unit building down the block at 4308 Georgia Ave, which will have a mix of studios to two-bedrooms.
Also under development; 3542 Warder St NW in Park View.
All three projects are expected to deliver in late spring 2016.
Due to a reporting error by Rachel Kaufman, this article originally said that the 4326 Georgia Ave NW building was called the Hendricks. The article has been corrected and Elevation DC regrets the error.
