Streetfilms, from Streetsblog, is working on a documentary about parking policy and recently released clips from the piece showing an interview with Gabe Klein, who was D.C.'s DOT director from 2008 to 2010.
Klein discusses pay-by-phone (which DC is a leader in) and the city's system for selling moving truck permits.
