Artisan-gelato shop Dolcezza opens its seventh D.C.-area location April 17, and it will be offering more than just gelato.
On tap (literally): a
cold-brew coffee system that infuses nitrogen and/or carbon dioxide into the joe, making coffee bubbly
.
The "nitro coffee" will be priced at
$5.50 per cup
.
Dolcezza opened in Georgetown in 2004 and has since expanded into a mini-empire of gelato, opening a
factory/tasting room near Union Market
as well as locations in Fairfax, Logan Circle, Dupont Circle and Bethesda.
