QSR Magazine, an industry pub for fast-casual restaurants, has named 11 Millennial leaders who are changing the food scene as we know it.
Dominating the
list are businesses that got their start in D.C., like Sweetgreen, Taylor Gourmet, and &pizza. Luke's Lobster also gets a nod, but the first location of Luke's was in New York, not D.C. (though founder Luke Holden is a Hoya).
