Annie's Ace Hardware will open next fall at 3405 8th Street, NE, south of the Monroe Street Market in Brookland, the Menkiti Group announced April 28 in a press release.
Annie’s Hardware-Brookland will occupy 7,400 square feet of the Menkiti Group’s 20,000-square-foot headquarters, a building it shares with a Pilates studio.
This is the second location for Anne Stom’s hardware store; the first opened in Petworth in 2012.
